Nourishment workshop
Is what you eat healthy, environmentally friendly, and globally sustainable? Tsukamoto-san shares his passion for fresh, flavorful, and seasonal Japanese cuisine by taking you to harvest the vegetables you use in his cooking class. Tsukamoto-san believes that holistic nourishment is physical consumption of healthy food, mental knowledge that the food is safe, emotional happiness about what you are eating, and psychological assurance that you are caring for yourself. Learn to make some Japanese dishes and enjoy a delicious meal while sharing your thoughts and experiences.
